Technology Platform Engineer

Overview

Technology Platform Engineer role creating and managing production and non-production cloud environments, deploying automation pipelines, and building Spring Boot server-side APIs and search services within the Search pod using Elasticsearch.

What you'll do

• Create production and non-production cloud environments using the proper software tools for a project or product.
• Deploy automation pipelines and automate environment creation and configuration.
• Monitor and maintain cloud environments to ensure high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand environment requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Document environment configurations and automation processes for knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Assist junior team members in understanding platform tools and best practices.
• Build and optimize server-side APIs and search services within the Search pod using Elasticsearch.
• Perform independently and become an SME; actively participate in and contribute to team discussions.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience required.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot (must have).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Spring Boot.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure setup and management.
• Strong knowledge of automation tools and scripting for environment deployment.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve environment-related issues efficiently.
• Understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies.
• 15 years full time education.
