Technology Support Engineer

Overview

Technology Support Engineer responsible for resolving incidents and problems, maintaining operational stability, and supporting effective troubleshooting for business systems.

What you'll do

• Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components.
• Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with vendors and support service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.
• Monitor and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth system operations.
• Interface with clients to interpret issues, communicate progress, and provide resolutions.
• Act as an SME and collaborate with teams to support key decisions and solutions.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Basic networking skills (routing & switching; CCNA/JNCIA equivalent).
• Match at least 3 listed network security operations skills: Cisco FTD, Juniper SRX, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Zscaler, Prisma Access, Forti-SASE, Cisco ISE, or F5 Load Balancers.
• Proficiency in network security implementation and operations.
• Strong understanding of network and security principles and operations.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework for service management.
• Mandatory professional certifications.

• Location: Hyderabad.
• Work in 24x7 rotational shifts, including weekends.
