Technology Support Engineer

Overview

Technology Support Engineer to resolve incidents and problems, ensure operational stability, and support clients with technical troubleshooting.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and resolve system or application issues.
• Resolve incidents and problems across business system components.
• Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with vendors and service management teams for issue analysis and resolution.
• Document client issues and resolutions for future reference.
• Provide timely and effective technical support to clients.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience is required.
• Basic networking skills in routing & switching (CCNA or JNCIA equivalent).
• SD-WAN operations and implementation proficiency.
• Must have at least 2: Cisco Viptela, Cisco Meraki, Juniper MIST, Prisma SDWAN, Fortinet SDWAN, CATO SDWAN, Versa SDWAN, or HPE Silverpeak.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework for service management.
• Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools.
