Technology Support Engineer

Overview

Technology Support Engineer to independently provide timely technical support, troubleshoot incidents, and maintain operational stability across systems.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and resolve system or application issues.
• Perform independently and become a subject matter expert (SME).
• Provide timely and effective technical support to clients.
• Document client issues and resolutions for future reference.
• Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams on issue analysis and resolution.
• Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• SD-WAN operations and implementation proficiency.
• Basic networking skills in routing & switching (CCNA/JNCIA equivalent).
• Strong understanding of network protocols and configurations.
• Must have at least 3 SD-WAN skills from: Cisco Viptela, Cisco Meraki, Juniper MIST, Prisma SDWAN, Fortinet SDWAN, CATO SDWAN, Versa SDWAN, HPE Silverpeak.
• Must have ITIL framework knowledge for service management.
• 15 years full-time education required.
