Technology Support Engineer

Overview

Technology Support Engineer responsible for resolving incidents and problems across system components while maintaining operational stability.

What you'll do

• Resolve troubleshooting issues in system or application incidents.
• Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and maintain knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with vendors and assist service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.
• Document client issues and resolutions for future reference.
• Contribute solutions to work-related problems and participate in team discussions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience is required.
• Proficiency in SD-WAN operations and implementation.
• Basic networking skills: routing & switching (CCNA/JNCIA equivalent).
• Must have at least 3 of the listed SD-WAN platform skills (e.g., Cisco Viptela, Cisco Meraki, Juniper MIST, Prisma SDWAN, Fortinet SDWAN, CATO SDWAN, Versa SDWAN, HPE Silverpeak).
• At least 2 good-to-have knowledge areas: cloud networking, automation, wireless, firewalls.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework for service management.
• Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools and must have professional certifications.

• Flexible for 24x7 rotational shifts, including weekends.
