Tender Executive

About the role

Join our Gurgaon office as a Tender Executive and take ownership of bidding activities across GeM and other e-procurement portals. You'll manage the complete tender lifecycle—from opportunity identification through submission—ensuring our proposals are competitive, compliant, and positioned to win government contracts for manpower and service delivery.

What you'll do

• Identify, evaluate, and prepare bids for manpower and service tenders on GeM and alternative e-procurement platforms
• Develop comprehensive bid documentation that meets government regulations and contract compliance requirements
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to compile technical specifications, pricing, and supporting compliance materials
• Monitor tender deadlines and submission timelines to ensure on-time filing across multiple platforms
• Build and maintain a tender tracking database to record bid submissions, outcomes, and performance metrics for continuous improvement

What we're looking for

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in tender preparation, manpower procurement, or service bidding
• Proven expertise with the GeM portal and government bidding processes
• Strong command of MS Office and ability to create clear, error-free bid documentation
• Capability to manage multiple concurrent tenders, work independently, and deliver under tight deadlines
• Understanding of government regulations and contract compliance standards

Nice to have

• Exposure to other e-procurement platforms
• Familiarity with manpower regulations and service delivery compliance
• Knowledge of vendor management or GST compliance in bidding contexts
