Territory Officer- Companion Animal

Overview

Manage an assigned Pune territory for companion-animal products, generating sales and building relationships with veterinary hospitals and personnel.

What you'll do

• Meet sales quotas and key product growth objectives.
• Launch new products and service offerings.
• Apply solution-selling, territory-management, and business-planning techniques.
• Build relationships with targeted hospitals and veterinary personnel.
• Execute account and veterinarian call cycles.
• Manage distributors, product distribution, and distributor receivables.
• Complete an individual development plan and incorporate feedback.

What you'll need

• Graduate qualification in Science, Pharmacy, or Lifesciences.
• Knowledge of veterinary practice and ability to build technical knowledge.
• Verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• MS Office and Outlook skills, with ability to learn Zoetis systems.
• Results orientation, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Willingness to travel to outstations and ex-stations for customer visits.
