Overview

Senior Sales Engineer for Low-Voltage Switchgear—OEM Sales, responsible for selling products/systems/services in a designated market/division and meeting sales targets.

What you’ll do

• Drive sales of products/systems/services in line with division strategy.
• Achieve qualitative and quantitative sales targets to grow orders, revenue, profitability, and market share.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
• Prepare sales plans, run performance reviews, and implement recovery actions for potential order gaps.
• Manage leads and opportunities through SFDC and ensure timely offer submission and conversion to orders.
• Manage due payments collection and close sales-related liabilities; maintain customer relationships across the sales cycle.

What you’ll need

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 8–10 years of overall sales experience.
• 7–8 years of experience specifically in low-voltage switchgear.
• Experience handling OEM customers (mandatory).
• Capacity for strategic OEM engagement and opportunity development.
