Test Automation Engineer

Overview

Senior IT Quality Analyst focused on UAT, software quality assurance, test automation, and product rollout into production. The role improves testing, quality standards, procedures, and process controls.

What you'll do

• Manage UAT initiatives and product rollouts into production.
• Conduct process monitoring, product evaluations, audits, and software quality testing.
• Document findings and perform root cause analyses.
• Monitor products and processes for compliance with standards and procedures.
• Identify risks, recommend solutions, and track corrective actions to completion.
• Maintain quality metrics and verify traceability in project work products.
• Advise, mentor, coach, and train junior team members.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of experience in an IT Quality role.
• Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with test automation.
• Experience creating and modifying test scenarios and scripts.
• Ability to write complex queries.
• Experience with reporting tools.
• Hands-on experience with testing automation tools.

Nice to have

• Project management experience.
