Overview

Test Automation Engineer responsible for firewall and security testing, automation, and end-to-end test strategy for assigned components. The role also involves developing backend and frontend applications, database solutions, and supporting cloud or virtualized environments.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain scalable Python backend services.
• Build and support applications using Django and Flask.
• Develop APIs, system integrations, and performance optimizations.
• Implement features and troubleshoot Vue.js applications.
• Design PostgreSQL schemas and optimize complex queries.
• Support development, testing, and deployment in virtualized environments.
• Own test strategy and build scalable automation and test tools for assigned components.

What you'll need

• Strong programming experience in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Django and Flask.
• Working knowledge of Vue.js and modern web architectures.
• Experience with PostgreSQL database design and performance tuning.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• B.E., B.Tech, or M.Tech in CS, IT, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, routing, and switching.
• Familiarity with firewall technologies and cybersecurity concepts.
• Experience with OpenStack, cloud, virtualization, or simulation platforms.
