Overview

Sales Representative for the USA/Canada/Mexico region responsible for sales and gross margin targets and customer/market execution.

What you'll do

• Achieve sales and margin targets for the assigned customer, area, and market.
• Coordinate customer activities such as selling, prospecting, and product presentations.
• Identify key decision makers and create strategies to understand and respond to customer requirements.
• Promote Total Conveyance by developing and implementing strategies for products, services, and technologies.
• Implement selling processes as defined by management.
• Support projects and other tasks as required by management.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2+ years of sales experience in the Mining industry, or 4 years in the Mining industry in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven track record of executing across the sales cycle to identify, pursue, and close new customers/businesses.
• Advanced negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Professional-level English language skills (spoken and written).

• Location: Fairlawn, Ohio, United States.
• Travel: 50% with overnight stays.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no visa sponsorship.
