Total Rewards Analyst role in Compensation Administration Process Design, handling lower-complexity analysis and problem solving as an individual contributor within a team.

What you'll do

• Design processes for performing salary adjustments.
• Design processes for providing bonus incentives.
• Design processes for maintaining salary and job tables.
• Design processes for managing employee stock purchase plan.
• Do analysis and solve lower-complexity problems.
• Interact day to day with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors.
• Work with limited exposure to clients or Accenture management.
• Take moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments.
• Work as an individual contributor as part of a team with a focused scope of work.

What you'll need

• Primary skill: Compensation Administration Process Design (P3).
• Compensation and Benefits experience.
• Any graduation.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.

• Location: Mumbai.
• May require working in rotational shifts.
• Contract conversion to FTE role.
