Trail Architect (Solution Consultant)

Overview

Trail Architect (Solution Consultant) supports Salesforce product implementation projects by designing comprehensive solutions based on customers’ business needs and best practices. You may join as an advisor (supporting customer/partner-led projects) or as a prime contractor (driving Salesforce implementation projects).

What you'll do

• Drive projects by understanding customers’ strategy and focusing on customer success.
• Provide solutions that best fit business needs using BestPractice (standard features and knowledge) and a long-term perspective.
• Define solution realization direction and lead development as the app lead to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Cover system implementation phases including planning, requirements analysis, Fit&Gap assessment, development, and testing.
• Conduct design reviews and implementation guidance for application adoption or optimization.
• Manage projects, including WBS planning and progress tracking, to achieve high delivery quality.
• Support customers with product expertise by proposing feasible, effective ideas to address various challenges.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of solution design/system development experience including technical implementation for enterprise software solutions (CRM, ERP, etc.).
• Experience participating in IT system development projects, including identifying and executing necessary tasks.
• Implementation experience with Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies.
• Consulting skills such as logical thinking and problem solving.
• Documentation and presentation abilities to communicate opinions and solutions logically and accurately.
• Ability to work proactively without waiting for instructions.
• Commitment to continuous learning and improving based on what’s learned.
