Transformation Specialist

Overview

The Transformation Specialist supports the Transformation Management Office by driving execution of strategic priorities through analytics, performance management, governance and value realization, partnering with business and functional leaders to improve operational and financial performance.

What you'll do

• Perform financial forecasting, reporting and operational metrics tracking.
• Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.
• Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.
• Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
• Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data, making comparative analyses and studying proposed changes in methods and materials.
• Identify and drive process improvements, including creating standard and ad-hoc reports and tools.
• Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation by creating forecasts and models.
• Support enterprise transformation initiatives from planning through value realization.
• Facilitate governance reviews, operating cadences and executive reporting processes.
• Track milestones, risks, dependencies and corrective actions across the transformation portfolio.
• Drive transparency and accountability for initiative performance and outcomes.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPI scorecards and performance reporting.
• Analyze operational, financial and commercial performance to identify risks, opportunities and improvement actions.
• Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership.

What you'll need

• A university degree (i.e. Bachelor's degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands.
• Strong communication skills: oral, written and presentation.
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results.
• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity.
• Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization, including suppliers and/or external customers.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role or relevant experience.
• Professional level written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in Business or finance.
• Experience with a leading management consulting firm or equivalent internal consulting/strategy function.
