Treasury ALM Senior Data Analyst, Assistant Manager

Overview

Lead treasury asset-liability management analysis covering balance sheet strategy, net interest income forecasts and interest rate risk metrics. The role partners with finance, treasury and business teams across geographies.

What you'll do

• Lead and guide other analysts.
• Develop and coach teammates.
• Analyze balance sheet, NII and IRR trends for month-end and quarter-end processes.
• Assess NII forecasts and IRR metrics under different balance sheet strategies.
• Challenge assumptions, escalate potential issues and execute required controls.
• Respond to ad-hoc analytical requests.
• Share expertise across departments and coordinate complex work.

What you'll need

• 5–8 years of experience in financial services.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to influence others and lead a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience presenting results to senior management and external regulators.

Nice to have

• Treasury experience.
• Postgraduate degree.
• Experience with QRM.
• Experience with reporting visualization tools.
