Trust & Safety Specialist

Overview

Lead a team of Trust & Safety resources, including content moderators and responsible AI practitioners, who review and act on user-generated content and interrogate generative AI models.

What you'll do

• Manage the team of Trust & Safety resources and provide coaching and feedback based on performance and career growth.
• Oversee a team of up to 70 employees and motivate them to perform efficiently and at optimum performance in the process.
• Support those who review, classify and/or remove, work with, view or engage with content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels and/or creating prompts to interrogate large language models.
• Evaluate large language model responses and contribute to the development of a baseline understanding of responsible AI issues for generative AI.
• Understand and stay updated on changing client policies and guidelines.
• Investigate, resolve, research, and relay complex content or responsible AI issues to the broader Trust and Safety team.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• 7 to 11 years of experience.
• Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills.
• Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs, in the best interest of client policies.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent comprehension and communication skills.
• Comfort synthesizing and analyzing information from multiple streams.
• Strong critical thinking and decision making.
