UI/UX Designer

Overview

UI/UX Designer to shape the look, feel, and usability of Candescent’s website and digital experiences from the Bengaluru office location.

What you'll do

• Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI for web pages, landing pages, and digital experiences in Figma.
• Translate business goals and user needs into user flows and information architecture.
• Design and iterate on landing pages and campaign assets for marketing and demand generation.
• Support A/B testing by designing test variants for key pages and conversion flows.
• Create and maintain a design system and component library for visual consistency.
• Conduct or contribute to user research and usability testing to guide design decisions.

What you'll need

• 3–5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably for web or digital marketing.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, and prototyping.
• A solid portfolio showing visual design, typography, and layout skills.
• Understanding of responsive design principles across multiple breakpoints and devices.
• Working knowledge of UX best practices, user flows, and information architecture.
• Ability to translate business and marketing goals into user-centred design solutions.
• Strong communication skills to present and explain design decisions to stakeholders.
