Overview
Senior UX/UI Designer focused on user-centric design, UX discovery, and experience strategy to shape digital experiences.
What you'll do
- Lead UX discovery by analyzing user behavior, research data, and competitive benchmarks.
- Conduct journey mapping to understand user needs, pain points, and motivations.
- Facilitate design thinking workshops to align stakeholders and co-create solutions.
- Translate insights into strategic recommendations, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business teams to ensure feasible solutions.
- Advocate for accessibility, usability, and user experience throughout development.
What you'll need
- 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong end-to-end design portfolio.
- Proven expertise in UX research, journey mapping, and experience strategy.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
- Strong understanding of user-centric design principles, interaction design, and visual design.
- Experience gathering and assessing experience requirements for products.
- Ability to lead workshops and align cross-functional teams with excellent communication and facilitation.
- Familiarity with analytics tools including Adobe Analytics and Quantum Metrics.
Nice to have
- Experience in financial services, enterprise platforms, or complex web applications.
- Bachelor’s degree with preferred emphasis on Service Design, Experience Architecture, or Information Architecture.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
- Certification in Design Thinking or UX Research.
