Product Designer

Overview

Hands-on Product Designer to design end-to-end experiences for users creating, training, and launching Voice AI agents. You’ll partner with engineering and product to ship features and use analytics to improve funnels.

What you'll do

• Convert user needs into UI flows, visual designs, and lightweight brand assets from vision to launch.
• Analyze user drop-offs and use funnel metrics to ideate and improve conversion funnels.
• Identify recurring friction points in how customers build or deploy agents and design scalable UI solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Run funnel analytics and drive product ideation based on metrics tied to user success.

What you'll need

• Provide a portfolio; formal credentials or a specific number of years are not required.
• Demonstrate product and analytics sense for measuring feature success in conversion funnels.
• Show strong visual and UX craft for clean, intuitive interfaces for data-heavy workflows.
• Demonstrate execution instinct to ship features and work through ambiguity in an early-stage product.
• Be able to go into technical details with engineering partners (bonus).
