UX Designer (2 to 4 years)

Overview

UX Designer role focused on human-centered design in an AI-native product environment for complex healthcare experiences, with research at the core.

What you'll do

• Use AI across research, synthesis, problem framing, specification, exploration, prototyping, and validation.
• Contribute to specification-driven development (SDD) practices and evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, evidence, bias, usability, and human value.
• Plan and conduct user research with healthcare professionals, practice staff, clients, and clinical/domain experts.
• Combine qualitative research insights with product/behavioral data to understand what users do and why.
• Translate research and evidence into problem definitions, workflows, experience principles, and product concepts.
• Design enterprise experiences including user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed interfaces.
• Design for document interoperability, referrals, and cross-organization healthcare workflows.

What you'll need

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in UX design, product design, UX research, service design, data, engineering, healthcare, psychology, customer experience, or related fields.
• Experience researching or designing complex, data-rich products and workflows with multiple users, constraints, and dependencies.
• Ability to use qualitative research, customer feedback, and/or behavioral product data to inform decisions.
• Ability to communicate ideas via workflows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and/or detailed interface designs.
• Demonstrated experimentation with AI in research, design, prototyping, technical exploration, or similar creative practices.
• Planned evening availability in India when required for scheduled research sessions with U.S.-based users.
