UK BCS Tax Tech Delivery- Senior Associate

Overview

Support client service delivery across product management activities within PwC's Tax practice, from product definition and planning through release, maintenance, and end of life, as a Senior Associate at PwC Acceleration Center India.

What you'll do

• Design product roadmaps for tax technology delivery initiatives across the full product lifecycle
• Translate client tax and workforce requirements into product definitions, features, and release plans
• Coordinate delivery workstreams that connect business needs, user experience, and technical implementation
• Analyze complex tax and mobility processes to identify process improvements and automation opportunities
• Prioritize product backlogs and manage dependencies across multiple stakeholders and delivery teams
• Interpret data, user feedback, and market trends to shape product decisions and recommendations
• Support commercialization, go-to-market activities, and internal product adoption efforts
• Mentor junior team members while reviewing work output and guiding day-to-day delivery activities

What you'll need

• 4-6 years of experience, with exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and project coordination
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and visual storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex information
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with working knowledge of SharePoint, reporting/visualisation tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Proactive and analytical, with strong prioritisation skills, commercial awareness and basic knowledge of AI applications in project management and productivity

Nice to have

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Business Analytics, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Programming, Design, Engineering, Engineering and Business, Industrial Design, Management Information Systems, Mechanical Engineering, Statistics
• Client-facing tax technology delivery experience
• Applying critical thinking to complex workforce tax issues
