Urdu Language Interpreter

Overview

Interpret live communication between English-speaking and Urdu-speaking customers and clients.

What you'll do

• Listen to and precisely interpret communication between two customers or clients who speak different languages (e.g., English and Urdu).
• Adhere to the standard operating procedures required for the process and the organization.
• Meet quality goals and implement client updates from time to time.
• Be a team player and enjoy the work.

What you'll need

• Very fluent bilingual speaking ability (e.g., English and Urdu).
• Command over the language with good understanding skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Good listening skills.
• Energetic, with a positive approach to handling issues.
• Fresher with good proficiency in speaking Urdu and English.

Nice to have

• Certification in Urdu language, Urdu language trainer, Urdu language associate, or customer support in Urdu language.

Details

• Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts, mainly night shifts (5 days per week with 2 days off).
• Work from home.
