Overview
Visual & Multimedia Designer to build educational product walkthroughs for Genesys Cloud as part of the Orchestrator Education team, based in Chennai.
What you’ll do
- Plan, produce, and edit product walkthrough screencasts, UI demo videos, and workflow tutorials end-to-end.
- Apply a consistent visual design system across educational content (icons, diagrams, UI callouts, overlays, thumbnails, templates).
- Design supporting visuals like process diagrams, workflow illustrations, infographics, and branded graphics.
- Edit multimedia content to professional standards (audio leveling/cleanup, pacing, captioning, color consistency).
- Collaborate with curriculum designers and stakeholders to map assets to learning objectives and keep content accurate.
- Manage source files and asset libraries with naming conventions and version control for reuse.
- Use genAI tools within the production workflow to increase throughput while protecting quality and brand consistency.
What you’ll need
- 3+ years of professional experience in multimedia production, visual design, motion design, or a related field.
- Portfolio or showreel demonstrating screencast/video production and original visual design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar like DaVinci Resolve) for video editing and production.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for visual asset creation and image editing.
- Proficiency in a vector design tool such as Adobe Illustrator or Figma.
- Hands-on experience with screen capture and screencast tooling.
- Strong visual design fundamentals and the ability to explain complex workflows clearly.
