Visual Design Senior Analyst role focused on motion graphics and animation for client brand identities, combined with talent development and learning delivery responsibilities.

What you'll need

• Any graduation
• 6 to 10 years of proven experience working as an Animator/Motion Graphics artist, or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of animation projects
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects (advanced level), Premier, Animate, Adobe Audition and other relevant design software
• Basic knowledge of Generative AI
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
• Ability to participate actively in brainstorming/ideation sessions to bring in new ideas
• Ability to conceptualize and execute original ideas
• Attention to detail
• Strong storyboarding skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and receive feedback
• Strong organizational skills
• Open to learning and adapting to new tools, techniques, and design trends
• Demonstrated creativity, problem-solving ability, and a passion for design innovation

Nice to have

• Knowledge of 3Ds Max and DaVinci
• Advanced sound engineering skills
