Overview

Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the design, analysis, and reporting of clinical trials across all stages of development, and build and lead a high-performing clinical biostatistics team.

What you'll do

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the design, analysis, and reporting of clinical trials across all stages of development.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of high-quality statistical and data management support.
• Drive clinical programs toward successful trial design and execution, regulatory submissions, and commercialization.
• Build and lead a high-performing clinical biostatistics team using internal and external resources.
• Recruit, hire, and oversee biostatisticians, programmers, and vendors to support the growth and success of the organization.

• Experienced biostatistics professional.
• Deep expertise in small molecule drug development.
• Proven track record of leading teams across multiple therapeutic areas.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

• Location: Remote, United States.
• Employment type: Full-time.
• Compensation: $375k-$400k.
• Reports to the SVP, Clinical Operations; part of the Clinical Operations team.
