Overview

Lead Software role at Vice President level focused on onboarding and developing Firco Continuity as a sanctions payments screening platform, including design, development, testing and tuning of the platform.

What you'll do

• Be responsible for onboarding Firco Continuity as a platform for Sanctions Payments Screening, including design, development, testing and tuning of the platform.
• Understand complex business use cases, design appropriate solutions, develop the underlying implementation and leverage team strength for application success.
• Work on existing and new initiatives within the Sanctions suite of applications, including customizations for evolving business needs and architectural and infrastructure improvements.
• Validate SWIFT/MT, MX, ISO 20022 and XML messages and contribute to the ISO 20022 migration program.
• Develop using Fircosoft's payment-screening solution, integrating multiple payment systems and contributing to the migration of a legacy sanctions-screening service into the modern Fircosoft platform.
• Lead initiatives to significantly reduce sanctions-screening false positives, including Decision Re-application and Prediction Integrator to leverage Machine Learning algorithms.

What you'll need

• Strong hands-on expertise across FMM and FFF Classic, including Continuity data handling.
• Skilled in designing and enhancing sanctions-screening solutions using Advanced Modules, custom database development, complex SQL and PL/SQL automation.
• Proficient in Filter Engine component analysis and optimizing false-positive reduction.
• Experienced in validating SWIFT/MT, MX, ISO 20022 and XML messages.
• Extensive hands-on experience in Decision Re-application and Prediction Integrator.
• Deep understanding of Fircosoft database schema and table relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional approach.
