Web Developer

Overview

Design, build and test web-based applications for various site components and edit site content, with a focus on Java Full Stack Development. The role is based at the Hyderabad office.

What you'll do

• Design, build and test web-based applications for various site components.
• Edit and update site content.
• Document technical designs and specifications.
• Research and incorporate updated content for websites.
• Lead the development and implementation of web application features to meet project requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of web components.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Monitor and optimize website performance to enhance user experience and reliability.
• Act as an SME, collaborate with and manage the team, and be responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

What you'll need

• Minimum 12 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• 15 years full time education.
• Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with server-side programming and database management.
• Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
