Web Experience Specialist

Overview

Web Experience Specialist responsible for day-to-day creation, quality, and continuous improvement of marketing web experiences on konghq.com.

What you'll do

• Build, publish, and maintain marketing content in Payload CMS.
• Ensure marketing pages are visually accurate and aligned with design specifications.
• Set up and manage A/B tests in VWO and implement test variations using CSS and JavaScript.
• Apply custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to fix layout, styling, or interaction issues.
• Document CMS and experimentation workflows, standards, and best practices.
• Train and support marketing stakeholders to build and maintain CMS content.

What you'll need

• 4-6 years of experience building and managing web pages or digital experiences.
• Experience working in a complex CMS (Payload CMS strongly preferred).
• Hands-on experience with experimentation platforms (VWO preferred).
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Comfortable making careful, incremental changes within established codebases.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
