Overview
Workday Business Systems Analyst for Anthropic’s People Systems team, responsible for Workday HRIS configuration, testing, and operational excellence across PATT and HCM.
What you'll do
- Configure and maintain Workday Payroll components, business processes, and payroll-related setups.
- Configure and maintain Absence, including time-off plans, accrual rules, eligibility, and leave types.
- Configure and maintain Time Tracking, including templates, validations, schedules/calendars, and overtime calculations.
- Own core HCM configuration including data structures, business process frameworks, and the Workday security model.
- Design, build, and maintain business process definitions (conditions, calculated fields, validations, routing/approvals, notifications).
- Lead testing and adoption for twice-yearly Workday releases across both domains.
What you'll need
- Deep hands-on knowledge of Workday PATT configuration and design, including security.
- Hands-on knowledge of Workday Core HCM.
- Strong technical skills in Workday architecture, security models, and integration methodologies.
- Experience with full lifecycle Workday implementations and/or significant module expansions.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with the ability to flex between roles.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities with a bias toward flexibility and impact.
Details
- Annual salary range cited in the posting: $270,000–$270,000 USD.
- Location-based hybrid policy: expected in an office at least 25% of the time.
