Overview

Senior Software Engineer II for Workday development and testing, supporting the CGS HRIS team and acting as a liaison between HR, HRIS, functional, and business teams to optimize Workday for business needs.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations.
• Create and enhance Workday reports including advanced, Matrix, Composite reports and calculated fields.
• Support Workday modules such as HCM, TA, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, and leave management.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to Workday integrations and reports.
• Participate in Workday implementation projects from design through testing, deployment, and post go-live support.
• Configure and maintain Workday security groups, roles, and domain permissions for data integrity and security.

What you'll need

• Min 3-4 years of hands-on experience as a Workday Technical Consultant.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Integration tools.
• Workday Report Writing skills including custom reports and calculated fields.
• Familiarity with BIRT reporting.
• Knowledge of Implementation Tenants (sandbox and production tenants) and the Workday data model/business process framework.
• Skills with Workday Integration tools including Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connector, Cloud Connect, and Workday web services.
• Proficiency in XSLT, XML, JSON, and REST/SOAP APIs.
