Workday Senior Consultant

Overview

Senior Workday consultant combining presales and solution architecture with CoE leadership, guiding solution design, best practices and internal capability across Workday implementations.

What you'll do

• Lead presales engagements, including solution demonstrations, RFP/RFI responses, effort estimation and proposal development.
• Act as Solution Architect across Workday implementations, defining end-to-end solution design aligned to client business objectives.
• Serve as CoE Lead, establishing best practices, reusable accelerators, delivery methodologies and internal capability-building.
• Provide hands-on functional guidance across Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, etc.).
• Mentor consultants and drive continuous improvement in solution quality and delivery outcomes.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of Workday experience.
• Extensive hands-on Workday experience across multiple functional modules, with configuration and design depth.
• Overall 10+ years of experience.
• Proven presales / solution architecture track record in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong grasp of implementation methodologies, integrations and enterprise transformation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders confidently.
• Strong interpersonal skills, collaboration, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Workday certification(s) in one or more modules.
