Workfront Lead / Architect

Overview

Workfront Lead/Architect to design and implement work management integrations on the Workfront platform for enterprise clients.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end integration architecture across Workfront and enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, DAM, CMS, and campaign platforms.
• Design and implement AI-augmented workflows using agentic automation instead of rule-based logic.
• Architect Content Supply Chain solutions connecting work management to content creation, approval, publishing, and analytics.
• Guide customers through pre- and post-sales by translating integration needs into scalable solutions.
• Drive data migration from legacy client tools and systems as part of implementation engagements.
• Collaborate with and influence delivery, pre-sales, and project teams on technical direction.

What you'll need

• 12+ years in software development.
• 8+ years in client-facing integration or implementation consulting.
• Hands-on experience with Workfront and other work management platforms (Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, or similar) and IPaaS tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Workfront Fusion).
• Practical AI experience including agentic frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen), LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Background in Content Supply Chain, martech, or digital marketing operations.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or PHP; JavaScript; and SQL.
• Experience with enterprise systems of record and data migration.

• The role is described as based in Bangalore and as a hybrid approach with teams in office about four days a week.
