2026/03: HW Developer (PS-SB Projects)

Overview

Hardware developer for embedded control units used across multiple vehicle components and systems, working from requirements through design, testing, and failure analysis.

What you'll do

• Develop embedded control unit hardware across 12V/24V/48V/400V systems.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand HW requirements and propose design solutions with calculations and simulations, including worst-case analysis.
• Perform electronic component selection and schematic development.
• Support PCB layout development and coordinate with sample shop and plants for HW build-out.
• Support SW teams and define test plans.
• Conduct board-level lab measurements, coordinate with validation labs, and create test reports.
• Handle structured problem solving, HW debugging, and failure analysis.

What you'll need

• Experience with Electronics (BE/ME/MTech) and more than 5 years of relevant experience.
