Lead Electrical engineer (Controls Engineer )

Overview

Lead Electrical Engineer (Controls Engineer) in Pune, working on chiller product development and power electronics for VSD applications.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, and sustain PCB assemblies for Variable Speed Drive (VSD) applications.
• Own work across the product lifecycle from design and simulation to prototype development and reliability testing.
• Ensure solutions meet defined hardware requirements and perform as expected.
• Perform collaborative engineering work with a team responsible for end-to-end product execution.

What you'll need

• Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Have a strong background in electro-mechanical.
• Have 4+ years of experience in centrifugal compressors.
• Have 3+ years of experience in centrifugal compressor or HVAC industry.
• Demonstrate communication skills, self-motivation, and leadership.
• Show critical problem-solving skills.
• Be familiar with centrifugal compressor design process, simulation, refrigeration thermodynamics, and manufacturing.
