2027 - CRM Engineering Intern, Gurugram

Overview

A 10-week summer internship building and improving the Salesforce platform that supports MongoDB's global Sales organization, working alongside experienced engineers and product partners.

What you'll do

• Design, build, test, and document Salesforce features using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools, with guidance from senior engineers.
• Collaborate with product managers and business partners to improve CRM usability and support Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams.
• Help debug, deploy, and maintain scalable solutions; participate in peer reviews and design discussions.
• Take part in Agile ceremonies, including standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Research Salesforce releases, AppExchange solutions, automation, and AI-enabled development tools, and share ideas for improving the platform.

What you'll need

• In the process of receiving a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• A minimum of one quarter/semester remaining in university studies after the internship concludes.
• Interest in Salesforce engineering, CRM platforms, or business systems integration.
• A problem-solving mindset and curiosity about how technology supports business processes.
• Ability to communicate clearly, collaborate well, and be eager to learn in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM system.
• Understanding of databases, APIs, or data integration concepts.

Details

• Location: Gurugram.
• Full-time, 40 hours per week, for 10 consecutive weeks from June through August.
• In-office working model, 3–5 days per week at the office location.
• Possibility of a full-time offer at the end of the summer.
