Abrasives Systems Specialist - Orange County, CA & L.A. County South

Overview

Manage Abrasives & Tools growth, sales strategies, customer development, and account execution across Orange County and Southern Los Angeles County.

What you'll do

• Drive forecast attainment and growth initiatives for Abrasives & Tools.
• Develop customers and application processes to grow the product portfolio.
• Manage territory pipeline opportunities, strategic planning, and business reviews.
• Develop sales strategies for complex product lines and changing market conditions.
• Conduct sales calls, customer meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations.
• Manage accounts and sales activity using Salesforce.com.
• Collaborate with marketing, technical service, leadership, channel, and customer teams.

What you'll need

• High school diploma and five years of field sales experience, or a bachelor's degree or higher and one year of field sales experience.
• Current, valid driver's license.
• Experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Ability to drive a company vehicle subject to motor vehicle history review.
• Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Business.
• Five years of field sales experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Details

• Remote work covering Orange County, California, and Southern Los Angeles County.
• Up to 20% domestic overnight travel within the territory.
• Expected compensation is $90,361–$110,442, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.
