Healthcare Sales Executive

Overview

Healthcare Sales Executive responsible for retaining and growing healthcare customers in an assigned Northern California territory through sales planning, solution selling, and customer engagement.

What you'll do

• Create territory sales plans for key healthcare end users and accounts.
• Identify target accounts, stakeholders, opportunities, and growth strategies.
• Collaborate with customers, distributors, and internal teams to achieve sales goals.
• Present Diversey products, programs, and solutions to end users and distributors.
• Use facility assessments, structured trials, and business reviews to secure customer commitment.
• Maintain CRM updates and handle customer support, pricing, budgeting, travel, and expense tasks.

What you'll need

• 3–5 years of outside healthcare sales experience with a proven record of results.
• Ability to build relationships and identify needs across multiple customer levels.
• Experience with B2B sales and distribution channels.
• Experience selling consumables or capital equipment.
• Business and finance acumen for customer negotiations and profitability improvements.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Computer skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce or another CRM.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Remote role for candidates residing in Northern California.
• Company vehicle provided.
• Expected compensation: $80,730–$118,404 plus discretionary bonuses.
