Account Executive 3 MM

Overview

Account Executive role focused on mid-market HR technology sales in India. Own a territory of organisations with 1,000–5,000 employees and manage complex sales opportunities with senior stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Build and execute a territory strategy.
• Prospect and generate pipeline through outbound activity and referrals.
• Run consultative discovery with HR, Finance, Operations and executive stakeholders.
• Build business cases around productivity, compliance, payroll accuracy, workforce visibility, employee experience and ROI.
• Lead buying committees through the full sales cycle.
• Negotiate and close new business.
• Deliver accurate forecasts through Salesforce.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of success in SaaS sales or running a successful business.
• A track record of exceeding quota.
• Strong outbound prospecting skills.
• Experience running full sales cycles.
• Confidence presenting to senior decision-makers.
• A consultative approach to selling.
• Experience managing consultative SaaS sales cycles.

Nice to have

• Experience selling HR technology, payroll, Workforce Management, HCM, ERP or enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Exposure to industries with large, distributed or frontline workforces.
