Account Executive 3 MM

Overview

Own mid-market HR technology sales for Indian organisations with 1,000–5,000 employees. Build pipeline, manage complex buying committees, and close new business while developing toward enterprise sales.

What you'll do

• Build and execute a territory strategy.
• Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and referrals.
• Run consultative discovery with HR, Finance, Operations, and executive stakeholders.
• Develop business cases focused on productivity, compliance, payroll accuracy, workforce visibility, employee experience, and ROI.
• Lead complex opportunities through the full sales cycle.
• Negotiate and close new business.
• Maintain accurate forecasts in Salesforce.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of success in SaaS sales or running a successful business.
• A track record of exceeding quota.
• Strong outbound prospecting skills.
• Experience running full sales cycles.
• Confidence presenting to senior decision-makers.
• A consultative approach to selling.
• Experience managing consultative SaaS sales cycles.

Nice to have

• Experience with large, distributed, or frontline-workforce industries.
• Experience selling HR technology, payroll, Workforce Management, HCM, ERP, employee experience platforms, or enterprise SaaS.
