Account Executive

Overview

Drive new-business growth for Floify’s mortgage point-of-sale solutions by acquiring enterprise mortgage customers and closing complex B2B software sales.

What you'll do

• Generate and close sales with targeted new accounts.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
• Identify mortgage-industry challenges and position Floify solutions.
• Develop strategic account plans and customized sales approaches.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations of the Floify Point of Sale solution.
• Manage decision processes, negotiate contracts, and close business.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 6+ years of quota-carrying B2B software sales experience.
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Banking or mortgage domain expertise.
• Experience selling enterprise-level technology solutions.
• Strong verbal, written, listening, and consultative sales skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in mortgage technology sales.
• Passion for customer success.

Details

• Remote role in the United States.
• Annual pay range: $88,500–$118,000, plus eligible sales incentives.
