Account Executive, Small Business - Nordics (English Speaking)

Overview

Drive new business sales for HubSpot software among small and mid-sized businesses in the Nordics territory using inbound selling strategies and an inside sales model.

What you'll do

• Identify prospective customer challenges and recommend inbound marketing solutions.
• Run online demonstrations of HubSpot software.
• Close new business at or above quota.
• Build relationships with qualified prospects and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing and technology teams on sales strategy.

What you'll need

• At least 1 year of closing sales experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Consultative selling and closing skills.
• Accurate forecasting and pipeline management skills.
• A track record of high performance.
• Strong goal focus and execution.

Nice to have

• Fluency in a Nordic language.
• Nordic market exposure.
• Experience in a high-growth scale-up environment.
• Strong communication, time management, and adaptability for remote work.
