Account Executive - South West

Overview

Drive net-new business, pipeline growth, and revenue for NiCE’s Public Safety solutions across 911 Emergency Communications Centers and Public Safety agencies. Own the full sales cycle and act as a consultative partner in complex public-sector opportunities.

What you'll do

• Build and execute territory plans to generate meetings, pipeline, and revenue.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and account-based outreach.
• Manage discovery, solution positioning, procurement navigation, and deal close.
• Develop relationships with 911, procurement, IT, and executive stakeholders.
• Conduct needs assessments and support RFPs, RFIs, bids, and Scopes of Work.
• Co-sell with reseller and channel partners.
• Deliver presentations, demos, reporting, and forecasts.

What you'll need

• 3–5+ years of technology sales or sales engineering experience in Public Safety, 911/PSAP, or Government sectors.
• Strong understanding of Public Safety and Criminal Justice workflows, including digital evidence processes.
• Experience generating pipeline and closing complex public-sector deals.
• Experience with government purchasing personnel, RFPs, bids, and state/federal contracts.
• Consultative selling, discovery, demonstration, and presentation skills.
• Strong communication, technical aptitude, and problem-solving skills.
• BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Remote role in the USA.
• Territory includes Kansas, Colorado, Wyoming, New Mexico, and Arizona.
• Approximately 50% travel.
