Account Solutions Representative

Overview

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to help customers bring overdue auto loan accounts current and stop vehicle repossession where possible.

What you'll do

• Contact customers who are behind on auto loan payments.
• Develop solutions to help customers bring accounts current.
• Create solutions to cancel or stop vehicle repossession.
• Set up promises based on customers' situations.
• Keep customer contact information up to date.
• Support additional customer service requests.
• Follow company policies, processes, and legal guidelines.

What you'll need

• High school diploma.
• High-speed internet with at least 15 Mbps download speed.
• Ability to communicate professionally and respectfully with customers.
• Ability to contact customers consistently, efficiently, and lawfully.
• Ability to work primarily on a phone system handling inbound and outbound calls.

Nice to have

• Customer service or collections experience in a call center.
• Experience in the finance or automotive industry.
• Experience demonstrating excellent customer support or persuasive skills.

Details

• Remote position in Michigan.
• Mandatory five-week virtual training runs Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, starting November 9, 2026.
• Schedule choices include weekday and weekend shifts, with flex and days off based on availability.
• Pay starts at $17.75–$20.85 per hour based on experience, plus uncapped monthly performance bonus potential.
