Accounting Internship

Overview

Pattern is offering a year-long hybrid Accounting Internship in Lehi, Utah, supporting the accounting team with journal entries, financial reporting, data analysis and ERP software use.

What you'll do

• Prepare journal entries and financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, invoices, and other documents
• Analyze financial data
• Utilize ERP and accounting software
• Assist with research, data entry, and maintaining accurate and complete financial records
• Shadow members of the Accounting department as they perform their duties
• Take on additional tasks or projects to learn more about accounting and office operations
• Follow through with all assignments in a timely manner, give 100% to assigned tasks and projects, and take full ownership of your projects through to completion

What you'll need

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting
• Basic understanding of financial principles and terms
• Positive attitude
• Collaboration, trustworthiness, receptiveness to feedback, and eagerness to learn
• Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity
• Ability to maintain efficiency and accuracy when multitasking

• Hybrid work schedule
• Runs May 2025 - May 2026
• Full-time during summer months, transitioning to part-time during the academic year
• Mentorship from the Global Controller, Corporate Controller and Accounting Managers, with regular performance meetings
