Global Health Strategy Intern

Overview

A remote internship supporting PATH's multilateral development bank (MDB) strategy by collecting health project data, building a library of health opportunities and funding options, and reviewing potential funding opportunities with the Project Manager.

What you'll do

• Collect data from multilateral development bank health projects in priority geographies.
• Add research findings to a centralized database of health activities and priorities for PATH's multilateral development bank knowledge management.
• Summarize trends in health funding in the multilateral development bank space, drawing on desk research and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with the workstream project manager to review funding portals and analyze potential funding opportunities with multilateral development banks.

What you'll need

• Students in public health, economics, political science, international relations, business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Desk research experience.
• Calm, professional, proactive demeanor and excellent problem solver.

Details

• Location: United States, Remote, Washington.
• Engaged for 20 hours per week.
• Monthly stipend of USD 1,000.
• Starting as soon as possible, with the assignment continuing until March 2027.
• Performance evaluated through regular team meetings, weekly one-on-one check-ins with the Project Manager, quality of work, time management, and collaboration with the team.
