Accounting Manager (CAPEX/ Leasing Team/ Cap Software)

Overview

Accounting Manager for the CAPEX/Leasing team supporting accounting documentation, close, reporting, and technical accounting research.

What you'll do

• Oversee monthly/quarterly/annual general ledger close including reviewing journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly reporting flux analysis and support consolidated financial statement deliverables and footnotes.
• Research and analyze complex accounting issues and recommend accounting treatment to management.
• Develop and implement process improvements, lead automation initiatives, and maintain standard operating procedures.
• Support external and internal audit requirements related to areas of responsibility.
• Lead special projects and provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis for leadership and internal stakeholders.

What you'll need

• Must be a Chartered Accountant.
• Strong background in US GAAP.
• Knowledge of SEC regulations.
• Experience with internal controls.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Project management skills with ability to prioritize and drive process improvements.
• People management experience.

Details

• Location: Bengaluru, India.
• Working hours: 2 PM to 11 PM IST with a 1-hour lunch break.
• Relocation support and work visa/immigration sponsorship are not available.
