Accounts Payable Analyst

Overview

Process accounts payable vendor and employee reimbursement payments accurately and in line with agreed Standard Operating Procedures.

What you'll do

• Ensure all authorized vendor and employee reimbursement payments are paid out and reported accurately in line with the Standard Operating Procedures agreed with the client.
• Handle process-related customer calls.
• Train and deliver performance and quality as set for the given process.
• Achieve productivity and quality targets consistently and meet all critical service delivery parameters.
• Proactively manage work volumes within agreed authority levels and maintain agreed accuracy, in compliance with company policy.
• Demonstrate strong theoretical and practical knowledge of technical support.
• Develop good relationships with team members.
• Adhere to organizational values and compliance parameters.

What you'll need

• Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively with Finance staff and other areas of the business.
• Good interpersonal skills and strong client focus.
• Ability to handle process escalations, identify issues and risks, and propose resolution.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Ability to work harmoniously as part of a team.
• Basic numerical and analytical skills and capability to perform tasks on multiple computer applications.
• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (Invoice Processing and Travel & Expense Management).
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
