Accounts Payable Specialist, Management Company Accounting, Associate

Overview

Manage accounts payable activities for the Management Company Accounting team, ensuring invoices and supplier payments are processed accurately and on time. The role also supports the Vendor Risk Management Program and process improvement initiatives.

What you'll do

• Verify invoice authenticity and approve invoices with vendor managers.
• Process invoice data in the Workday ERP.
• Research invoices and provide payment status updates.
• Communicate with vendors and verify supplier details.
• Prepare accurate, well-supported allocation files.
• Analyze supplier data and support high-volume processing.
• Improve processes, troubleshoot issues, and assist with special projects.

What you'll need

• 4–9 years of relevant accounts payable experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred.
• Ability to work New York hours.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Problem-solving competency and an inquisitive mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
