Overview

Accounts Payable Specialist role in Clarivate’s Global Invoice Processing team in Bangalore.

What you'll do

• Handle a portion of the team’s invoice volume and time-sensitive exception payment requests.
• Resolve queries from internal and external stakeholders about invoice and payment status.
• Escalate issues to enable timely resolution.
• Conduct account reconciliation to avoid duplicate or overpayment.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Tax, Finance, and other stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Identify process and system improvement areas and report to the Lead/Manager.
• Work on assignments, projects, and other ad-hoc tasks as directed.

What you'll need

• Minimum 4 years of overall Accounts Payable process experience.
• Excellent verbal and written business communication skills.
• End-to-end process knowledge of Procure to Pay.
• Experience in reconciliation and resolution activities.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in commerce/finance or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP platforms.

• Location: Bangalore, India.
• Employment: Full-time.
• Work mode: Hybrid (2–3 days from office).
• Working hours: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST.
