Procure to Pay Operations Associate

Overview

Support procure-to-pay finance operations, including sourcing and procurement strategy, transaction reconciliation, purchasing, receiving, and accounts payable processing.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data and reports to determine financial outcomes.
• Analyze and reconcile financial transactions.
• Improve vendor compliance, discount capture, and preferred-supplier usage.
• Confirm pricing and terms before payment.
• Manage requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, and procurement order sequences.
• Process invoices and manage purchase and non-purchase orders.
• Perform two-way and three-way invoice matching.

What you'll need

• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Any graduation qualification.
• Primary skill in sourcing and procurement strategy.
• Ability to solve routine problems using guidelines and precedent.
• Ability to work independently within a focused team scope.
